WHAT WE DO
Programs That Build Leaders
From fellowships in Washington to scholarships at HBCUs and community colleges, every Pallas program is designed to develop the next generation of national security professionals.
Our fellowship program equips emerging leaders with hands-on experience working at the intersection of defense and technology.
In honor of the 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Mike Mullen, Pallas provides full-tuition scholarships and mentoring support to students who are pursuing degrees related to national security.
As a convening authority, Pallas leverages its position in the national security ecosystem to connect government, industry, academia, and allied partners to explore critical national security topics.

OUR MISSION
Fostering the Education & Professional Development of Emerging National Security Leaders
We believe the strength of national security lies in its people. Pallas cultivates a new generation of technically proficient, curious and bold leaders—professioanls who take risks, challenge convention, and are prepared to lead from day one. Through our fellowship and scholarships, we build a dynamic talent pipeline that equips rising professionals with the skills, networks, and opportunities to enter and thrive in the national security ecosystem.
The next generation is already out there. Pallas is how they get equipped and get to work—providing the field with what it needs most.
"The next generation of national security leaders won't emerge by accident. They'll be developed through mentorship, opportunity, and investment."
– Sally Donnelly, Founding Director
