Matt George is the CEO and co-founder of Merlin, the aviation technology company developing the world’s most capable pilot to advance the future of automated flight. Before Merlin, Matt was the CEO and founder of venture-backed startup Bridj. He also worked in the Executive Office of the President of the United States, where he supported presidential initiatives with a particular focus on healthcare and data analytics. In addition to Matt’s startup work, Matt has served as the technology chair for Boston’s 2024 Olympic bid.

Matt is a licensed pilot and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Middlebury College.
